Pass Plus. So, you have passed your driving test. Your new car is taxed and insured and you are ready to take your first solo drive on the road. There is nothing stopping you and many drivers do just that. However, there is a scheme designed to develop the skills you have already learnt.

PASS PLUS is a training scheme for new drivers. It's aim is to improve on the standard you have reached to pass your test. The course was designed and developed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA), with input from insurance agencies and the driving instruction industry.

Town Driving. You would have already practiced driving in towns and you driving test would have included some town driving. Your Pass Plus course will teach you how to negotiate complicated junctions, rush hour traffic systems and more.

All weather driving. Rain, fog, bright sunshine, snow and ice all require different skills. At K9 you will be taught how to drive safely in all the different weather conditions that you may face on the road.

Driving out of town. Driving on country roads require special skills to enable you to negotiate the several kinds of hazards that you will find, from sharp bends and potholes to farm vehicles and even animals in the road.

Driving on motorways. As a learner driver you would have only ever travelled on a motorway as a passenger. Motorways are like no other roads. You will learn how to drive on them safely and correctly.
